PROJECT COORDINATOR

Description

  • Assist the Project Manager in coordinating and managing projects from pre-production to final delivery.
  • Liaise with clients, agencies, and internal teams via email, phone, or meetings to ensure smooth communication.
  • Attend job briefings and/or production meetings as required.
  • Compile and maintain project materials such as storyboards, production schedules, pitch decks, job briefs, and feedback for the production team.
  • Support production in planning, organizing, and tracking timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring projects are on schedule and meet quality standards.
  • Maintain project documentation and assist with meeting notes and/or translations for the production team.
  • Prepare and update company showreels and portfolios across social media and website platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Vimeo, website) as required.
  • Prepare and publish content for the company’s and IP’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) as required.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the Reporting Officer.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Animation, Multimedia, Film Production, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, media production, or animation industry (fresh graduates may be considered).
  • Strong organisational and multitasking/interpersonal skills.
  • Good communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Familiar with production workflow (pre-production, production, post-production).
  • Knowledge of tools such as Google Workspace / Microsoft Office, Basic understanding of animation software (Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro or Maya, etc is an advantage).
